The Challenge

RADSSEKAV isn't a single real estate site — it's an ecosystem spanning five distinct business units: BV Properties, Property Angels Network, Professional Contractors, BRIPONET Investors Network, and Caretaker Property Management. The challenge was building a digital platform that could represent this breadth — property buyers, investors, agents, and contractors — under one coherent, navigable system rather than five disconnected micro-sites.

Scope

I took the project through full design and development, covering:

Property Listings & Search A structured property discovery experience — letting buyers and investors browse land and housing listings, with search and filtering built to surface relevant properties quickly rather than dumping an undifferentiated grid.

Admin & Property Management Dashboard A management layer for the organization side of the ecosystem — giving RADSSEKAV's team the tools to manage property listings and oversee the property management side of the business (tied to the Caretaker Property Management unit) without needing developer intervention for routine updates.

Multi-Unit Brand Architecture With five business units under one organization, a key design decision was establishing a visual and navigational system that keeps each unit legible on its own while reinforcing that they're part of a single trusted ecosystem — important in real estate, where credibility and clarity directly affect conversion.

Design Considerations

Real estate platforms live or die on trust and findability. The design prioritized clear property information hierarchy (price, location, status front and center) and a warm, grounded visual identity (RADSSEKAV's signature deep brown palette) that reads as established and credible rather than generic.

Outcome

A live, launched real estate ecosystem serving property buyers, investors, and the organization's internal property management operations across Cameroon.
